At Bennet's Coastal Boutique, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

 


 

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

  • The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but items must not be worn for extended use.

  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage cannot be accepted for return.

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

If returned items do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return or refund.

 


 

2. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Return requests submitted after this period may unfortunately not be accepted.

 


 

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at
    info@bennetscoastalboutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. After your request has been reviewed, you will receive the return address and further instructions from our support team.

  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense, including any applicable international shipping or customs fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace to ensure the package can be monitored during transit.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval or instructions from our support team may not be processed.

 


 

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during checkout

Please note:

  • Shipping costs paid during checkout are non-refundable.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

 


 

5. Liability

Please note the following important conditions:

  • Bennet's Coastal Boutique is not responsible for lost return shipments. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.

  • If tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order.

  • If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, this must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
