1. Order Processing Time

Every order is handled with care. Before your package is handed over to the carrier, we perform a quality check and package your items securely.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.


2. Estimated Delivery Time to Canada

We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders to Canada. Because we ship directly from our international partners to keep our prices competitive, please account for the following delivery window:

Average delivery time: 7–12 business days (after processing).

Carrier: Final mile delivery is always handled by Canada Post, ensuring your package arrives through your trusted local mail service.

Please note: While most orders arrive within 12 business days, factors like high seasonal demand or customs inspections can occasionally cause a slight delay. We appreciate your patience.


3. Shipping Method & Tracking

To ensure the safety of your purchase, all our shipments are:

Insured: Your order is protected against loss or damage during transit.

Trackable: You can follow your package from our supplier all the way to your doorstep via our Track & Trace page or directly on the Canada Post website.


4. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparency.

Canada: We are proud to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across Canada. There are no hidden shipping fees calculated at checkout.


5. Customs and Import Duties

Since we ship directly from our international suppliers, packages enter Canada as international mail.

Duty-Free Threshold: Most of our individual orders fall below the de minimis threshold for Canadian customs, meaning no additional duties are usually charged to the customer.

Responsibility: In the rare event that local customs authorities apply any import taxes or duties, these remain the responsibility of the customer.


6. Delivery Responsibility & Accuracy

Address Check: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours.

Delivery: Once Canada Post confirms delivery to the address provided, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, or if your package has exceeded the 15-business-day window, please reach out to us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.
